If for any reason you are not satisfied with a box of flowers, please send an e-mail to info@amazonflowers.us the day the product arrives and we will arrange for immediate pickup of that box (In some cases we may request a digital image of the product and its contents instead). We will either credit your account for the full amount of the box or overnight you the portion of the order that was deemed damaged. We will make every effort to fulfill your order with the same flowers variety; in the event that we do not have the specific variety, we will ship a cultivar of the same color if available and head siz; Howerver you as a customer agree that if for any reazon we do not have the same cultivar or stem length, our company has the right to select a different cultivar or send you a different stem size. Amazonflowers.us or Greenpay LLC. will only extend a credit or refund when the claim is made on the day the product arrives, no later than 8 hours after arrival and when all of the contents of the box are returned or a digital image of the product and its contents is produced. Upon inspection of the returned box we will decide if our quality is up to your standards for future shipments. If an item needs to be returned, Amazonflowers.us or Greenpay LLC must be notified the day of delivery, no more than 8 hours from the time the item was delivered to the customer, Amazonflowers.us or Greenpay LLC might ask for a digital image of the item. If you cancell your order a 15% cancellation fee will apply and if for any reazon we have to make you a Total or Partial Refund or a Chargeback a US $ 15 fee will apply, and will be discount from the refund amount. If the customer orders a flower by cultivar that is not available at the time, Amazonflowers.us or Greenpay LLC will send the same color (if available), stem length and head size, if the customer does not want substitutions on their order or if the customer wants an specific substitution the customer must notify us by email or call us at 1-800-517-3919 the day the order is placed. Details of the Order If you do not specify the colors of your choice for the flowers you order, or if you specify invalid colors, the grower will be allowed to select the colors instead. Amazonflowers.us or Greenpay LLC is not liable for late deliveries by Fedex or logistic companies ( Airlines, Trucks, Boats) or weather related delays. Amazonflowers.us or Greenpay LLC is not liable for damaged flowers due to no person being available to take delivery, or if the flowers where damaged by the shipping company during transportation (however Amazonflowers.us or Greenpay LLC will ship the customer flowers if needed at a discounted cost). Amazonflowers.us or Greenpay LLC will file claims with FedEx on behalf of the customer for flowers that where damaged during shipping and will issue the appropriate refund to the customer for the proper amount. The customer does not have to file claims with FedEx. The customer does have the option to pickup the flowers from the local FedEx office at 7:30 AM on delivery day. In the event that the flowers were not delivered or were delivered after FedEx's guaranteed time please call our main office at 1-800-517-3919 Orders can not be canceled or modified 8 days before ship date (orders to be delivered on Tuesday must be canceled or modified by Tuesday of the previous week and orders to be delivered on Thursday must be canceled or modified by Thursday of the previous week) Any delivery delay or flowers damage occasioned by a Natural events as hurricanes, storms, earth wake and others potential catastrophes will not be our company responsibility and we can not make any order cancellation or chargeback if this situation has occurred. |
