 Q: Can I get Flowers for the Same Week?
A: Yes, Now we can also send flowers for the same week, just call our Toll free line 1-800-517-3919  and ask for this service.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: YES, We shipp by Fedex to Canada; There is a fedex shipping fee of $25 per packaged box.

Q: Do you ship to Europe?

A: Yes, we shipp via Fedex to Europe; you must change the option on the top left:  European Delivery - Change Currency.

Q: What countries do you ship in Europe?
A: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Andorra, Austria, Denmark, Faroe Islands,  Finland, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom & Vatican City State.

Q: When a I am ready to pay, the sistem ask me for the CVV, what does it mean?
A: Card Verification Value - CVV - is a credit card security number, in Visa, Master Card and Discovery the CVV are the las 3 digits at the back of your card, near the signature, in AMEX the CVV use to appear at the front of your card, and usually are 4 digits.

Q: Who can buy?
A: Any body can buy online from us without a Tax # or Business License. You just need a debit or credit card.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: The minimum order is one item, in the website you can find the quantity per stems for each individual item in a box.

Q: What days do you delivery?
A: USA & Canada: We make deliveris, on TUSDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAYS; For Europe we deliver on Thrusdays; You can select one of this  days as your arrival date.

Q: Why is working with Amazonflowers.us better than working with my wholesaler or floral providers?
A: Amazonflowers.us is a flower GROWER, meaning the products you receive come direct from the land to you. Our products are never brokered or warehoused. Each order is individually processed and packed at the farm level according to your specifications. Flowers purchased from your Wholesaler or your floral provider can be up to 15 days old !!! Flowers from Amazonflowers.us are delivered to your door within 3-4 days of being cut!

Q: How will my flowers arrive?
A: The flowers you order from Amazonflowers.us come in specialized carton boxes designed for the transportation of flowers, this is to prevent the flowers becoming squashed or damaged during transport. Selling direct allows us to sell large quantities of beautiful flowers at great prices.

Q: How much time in advance do I have to order bouquets and customer bunches?
A: We accept last minute orders, however if You can order 7 days in advance of your delivery day that will be great.

Q: What happens if the flower color that I select is not available?
A: We offer the option to select a second color.

Q: What can I do to prolong the life of my flowers?
A: Flower life can be enhanced by following our flower care guidelines found in the Flower Care section on this website.

Q: How do I know that my order has been received?
A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order, as well as a receipt for the products purchased.

Q: Is my email address and billing information kept private?
A: Your email address and billing information are only used to process your order. We do not sell or share email addresses or personal information with any other organization.

Q: Where do you Ship the flowers?
A: At the present time we can ship to All USA, Canda & Europe; US includes Alaska and Hawaii and 18 European Countries, without extra shipping fees.

Q: How soon can I place my order?
A: We are currently accepting orders up to any day in advance; we do ask that when you place your order you do so at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date (more time is always appreciated).

Q: What kind of guarantee and return policy do you extend to customers?

Q: How soon before my event should I schedule my flowers to arrive?
A: We highly recommend that you schedule your flowers to arrive two (2) days prior to your event. This will allow sufficient time for the flowers to open.

Q: Is it possible to order samples?
A: Due to the nature of our farm-direct flower program we are unable to send out samples of our products, also because many people live from the sales to this flowers so if we give samples the incomes decrease and those people lose money to support their families. If you are interested in seeing our products before you place your final order, we do encourage you to order the smallest box of the product of particular interest. .

Q: Do you sell by the bunch?
A: Yes, we can get combo boxes for you and you can explain us what flowers and quantities do you want to order.

Q: When do I pay for my flowers?
A: When you make the order by internet you pay by debit - credit card or digital check, this is completely safe because we use SSL 128 bit encryption to protect your information. Also you could use your Amazonflowers.us Card to pay online. We employ well-established and secure channels for checkout. We use the most up to date encryption system to ensure that your credit card information is safe and secure

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Minimum order is US $ 50

Q: Do you sell mixed product boxes?
A: Yes , please contact us and let us know what flowers or quantities do you want to order;  We also have our Designer Combo Boxes and Wedding Packages.

Q: Could I design my own bouquet?
A. Yes we give you the option to design your bouquet online, please go into our section Boquet step by step.

Q: Are there additional costs?
A: If the flowers shipping is to US or Europe the prices that you see have all included, you do not have to add any other fees like shipping, taxes...we have taken care of all costs including box charges, import duty, anti-dumping and handling. If the flowers shipping is to Canada there is a $45 per box to cover Fedex shipping and handling fees.

Q: When I go into the web, am I obligated to buy something, or can I just browse?
A: There's no obligation to buy, feel free to browse and sign in and out as often as you like.

Q: Is the product I see listed on the web sitting in a warehouse somewhere?
A: No, our sophisticated logistics system means that your purchases can be made on the web even though the flowers are still planted.

Q: How can I find the color of a flower when I'm ordering?
A: When you select a product you can enter the required colors in the boxes provided. Colour options will be presentedin the product description

Q: Do I have to pay any shipping fees to the driver or the agent at the airport?
A: No, the price that you pay has all shipping and duties included.

Q: Can I book a standing order?
A: Yes, our unique standing order system allows you to choose the flowers that you want by period, you should make your order online and we will give you an special discount for doing standing orders.

Q: After buying at a certain price, will the invoice price ever increase for that purchase? Is my price confirmed and honoured?
A: The price you see when you make your selection is the price we invoice and that is what you pay.

Q: Which currency do I use to pay?
A: For United States dliveries you must pay in U.S. Dollar Currency and for European deliveries in Euro currency.

Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: We send you a Fedex tracking number to track your order; With that number you can go into our website and you will see the fedex logo and a blanket at the bottom of the right side, just write you number and press track.

Q: Are the prices from the website regular for all the year?
