Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. In order to use this payment method place contact our customer service toll free line 1-800-517-3919 or email us at  info@amazonflowers.us to provide compleate instructions about this method. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money in our bank accoutn. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Changes to an order  by 

If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us (Call or Email) 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a $10 fee to change the scheduled delivery address and is not guaranteed.

Complaints & Claims  by 

If you are not satisfied with your flower shipment, please call AmazonFlowers.us IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes at 1.800-517-3919 AND email us to info@amazonflowers.us . All complaints must be communicated verbally and accompanied with digital pictures indicating all the flowers within 24 hours of receipt of the product or your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted. In order to process your claim, we will request digital pictures and/or return of all products (for quality inspection).

It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for flowers. AmazonFlowers.us is not liable for products mishandled by clients. As a courtesy, each product page explains in detail how to care for flowers; however customers must be knowledgeable on flower care.

AmazonFlowers.us recommends to our customer, or a representative, to be present for delivery. A signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery. AmazonFlowers.us is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx or DHL delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, (having in mind your selected delivery date) unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Amazonflowers.us reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Order Cancellations  by 

AmazonFlowers’ cancellation policy is no cancelations will be accepted within 10 business days of scheduled delivery date and there is a 25% surcharge for all cancelled orders.  Cancellation requests within 10 business days of your delivery date will not be accepted. 

To cancel an order, you can either send us an email to info@amazonflowers.us with the subject heading CANCEL ORDER # (include your order number) in the body of the email include what you want to cancel or call us to 1.800-517-3919.  Either way, we will need to speak with the person who placed the order over the phone to confirm.

In the event that some of your flowers are out of stock, a substitution may be necessary to make certain that your flowers are delivered on time, we take the utmost care in assuring that your order is as similar to your original flower choice as possible even if this means substituting flowers of higher value. While we will always try to inform under these circumstances, flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation from you.  There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

With the help of FedEx, AmazonFlowers.us ships directly from our farms to your doorstep. To track the progress of your AmazonFlowers.us you will receive an e-mail containing a FedEx unique tracking number once your flowers have been shipped. Simply visit the FedEx.com web page and click on the package tracking link in order to track your AmazonFlowers.us package. AmazonFlowers.us is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of carriers. However, if you have questions or concerns about your order, we would be happy to assist you. Please contact us at our toll free number, Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm PST. That toll free number is 1-800-517-3919.
There are some destinations that requires a special shipping charge.  Please note the following list of Special Shipping Charges:
  • Saturday Delivery - (Under some circumstances, we can provide Saturday Delivery for an extra FEE , which is not available on the website product's calendars, phone orders only.
  • USA Free shipping for orders over $ 50.00; Orders Under $ 50.00 will have a $ 25.00 charge; Covering all continental USA + Puerto Rico + Alaska + Hawaii.
  • Canada: $ 35 charge will apply for every $ 100 ordered.
  • Same Week Delivery please contact our customer service toll free 1-800-517-3919.
For deliveries to Canada, Customs determines how quickly your flowers reach you. You may receive your flowers on the day you requested or 1 day ahead of schedule and may be Canada Customs will require some tax payment from your side.
 
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Amazonflowers.us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Amazonflowers.us shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Amazonflowers.us shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Amazonflowers.us shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
