As our flowers come fresh from our farms, they are always fresh and beautiful.

  • If the flowers you received are not up to your standards.
  • If the flowers you received is not what you ordered or are incomplete.

Please call AmazonFlowers.us IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes at 1.800-517-3919 AND email us to info@amazonflowers.us , please include the order number, your phone number, a detail description of the issue and pictures of the shipment received (If we do not receive the digital pictures within 12 hours we will not be able to compensate you in any way, be it through product or a refund), please note that all damaged flowers with the same name have to be pictured together. Were sorry, but multiple pictures of a single damaged flower do not provide us with enough proof. Our customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution for your particular situation.

Please Note:  Since flowers are a product of Mother Nature, the exact tones of flowers may vary to some degree; Please read carefully every flowers description before you buy so you can know and be prepared for the flowers you are getting. (Actual product may have some differences to the pictures shown on this website).

Amazonflowers.us is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of carriers. Amazonflowers.us is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God.
